Q: What is ADHD?
A. ADHD stands for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. It’s a neurobiological condition first noticeable in childhood and persisting through adult years. Here are some interesting myths and facts about ADHD.

Q: How do I know if I have ADHD?
A. To really know you’d need to be professionally diagnosed. However you can get an idea at the CHADD site (the national resource center on ADHD):

Q: Can anyone benefit from your coaching?
A. Many of the people I coach do not have ADHD. They may have some of the same kinds of challenges like managing time, projects and things.

Q: How long are the typical weekly coaching sessions?
A: After the first hour long intake, coaching is done in half hour sessions usually on the phone.

Q: What can I expect during our coaching session?
A: Preparing for the weekly coaching session will allow you to optimize your results and the time you spend with your coach. Prior to the session you may ask yourself the following questions:

    • • How am I today, right now? How has my week been?
    • • What do I want to get out of the call today?
    • • What action did I take since our last session? What were my wins and challenges?
    • • What do I want to report? What do I want to be held accountable for?
    • • What issues do I want to deepen on our call today? What are the challenges, concerns, achievements, or areas of learning to be addressed?
